This group offers a unique approach using mindfulness, self-compassion, and CBT to help you heal, to discover patterns of thoughts and beliefs, and to create positive changes. It supports you in approaching your challenges with greater wisdom, clarity and confidence to create a greater balance, joy and sense of purpose.

Divorce Group 

A Journey into Your Inner World and new Possibilities

Are you thinking about divorce or separation or already divorced or separated but need help to move toward a new direction?

The Divorce Group provides education and support for separated and divorced women to help them grow as individuals so they can create a thriving life they want and desire. In this group we will cover different topics to help you reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and other difficult overwhelming emotions. Also, we cover subjects like self-love and acceptance, parenting & co-parenting, values and mindsets, relationships and romance, dating, mental health and wellness.

This Group is for You

  • If you are newly separated and are struggling to move forward with your life

  • If you are losing hope and your self-confidence has faded

  • If you can't manage difficult feelings like depression, anxiety, and stress

  • If you feel stuck and paralyzed when making any decision or action

  • If you struggle to cope with the consequence of your separation

  • If you are having difficulty in creating boundaries and managing conflicts with your ex

  • If you are fearful of an unknown future and can't let go of old wounds and resentment

  • If you are ready to make positive changes and heal the past wounds
