  • I am in-network with Aetna, United Health Care, and Optum insurances. For other insurances, you pay for sessions out-of-pocket at the time of service. I can provide you with a monthly superbill to submit for out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance provider. I recommend contacting your insurance provider before our first session to discuss your coverage.

  • It is best to check directly with your insurance company about your coverage. You would ask if they would cover couples counseling, procedure code 90847 with diagnosis Z63.0 (Problems in relationship with spouse or partner).  If you are told that the procedure needs to be medically necessary, they will not cover the Z code diagnosis.

  • Yes, I offer online therapy (telehealth) to clients across California through secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing. Whether you're in Los Angeles or elsewhere in the state, you can access the same high-quality psychotherapy services from the comfort and privacy of your home. This includes both individual therapy and couples therapy sessions.

  • Your session time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel your session, I kindly ask that you notify me at least 24 hours before your appointment so there is time for that opening to be filled by another client. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. You may reschedule within the same calendar week (if available) to avoid a cancellation charge.

  • Relationship therapy, also known as couple’s therapy, is a specialized form of psychotherapy that supports partners in improving communication, resolving ongoing or repetitive conflicts, strengthening emotional connection, and rebuilding trust after betrayals.

I help couples recognize unhealthy patterns, build trust, and develop the skills needed to create a more secure and fulfilling relationship.

  • Couples counseling is ideal for dating, engaged, married couples or long-term partners. It’s beneficial for couples facing communication challenges, intimacy issues, life transitions, betrayal/infidelity, or those who wants to deepen their connection and prevent future conflict.

  • Our work together begins with an initial session where we explore your reasons for seeking individual or couples therapy, how I can support you, and whether we are a good fit for ongoing work. If we decide to move forward, I offer a dedicated weekly time slot to ensure continuity of care and ease of scheduling. If a fixed time isn't possible, I can offer flexible scheduling options.

  • Good Faith Estimate (GFE) is a federally required document that outlines your expected costs for care, so you’re never surprised by a bill. As part of the No Surprises Act, all healthcare providers must offer a written estimate of fees to clients who are not using insurance. This is intended to improve transparency and protect your rights as a client.
