In addition to traditional psychotherapy, Mindful Thrive Therapy provides groups, workshops, and public talks on a variety of topics. Attending our groups and workshops will help you with stress management, symptoms reduction of depression and anxiety, pain management, career burnouts, empowerment, and emotional well-being.

Life Transitions, Relationships, Stress Management & Well-Being

Do you struggle with finding a balance in your life and find your mind is taking control of your moods? Do you have difficulty with a life transition like recent divorce, separation, empty nest, midlife crisis, loss, or chronic illness? Sometimes, life's challenges can be overwhelming and can make us anxious or depressed. Whatever you are struggling with, this compassionate women's group can restore your happiness, self-confidence, and sense of well-being. This group offers a unique approach using mindfulness, self-compassion, and CBT to help you heal, to discover patterns of thoughts and beliefs, and to create positive changes. It supports you in approaching your challenges with greater wisdom, clarity and confidenceto create a greater balance, joy and sense of purpose.

Life After Divorce

Heal the Anger, Hurt, and Resentment and Build the Life You Want

If you’ve recently gone through a divorce or separation and are struggling to move on, come join us and receive the compassion and support you need. Divorce is one of the most difficult experiences anyone can go through and you might have unresolved feelings of anger towards your ex-spouse, thoughts about past betrayals, or feelings of stress, anxiety or depression. You are not alone. This divorce recovery group offers a unique approach using mindfulness and self-compassion to help you heal, forgive, and assist you in developing personal strength and peace of mind to break out of negative-thinking spirals. It will help you approach your problem with greater wisdom, clarity and confidence to form new satisfying, intimate and loving relationships.

Vision Board Workshop

A Discovery to Your Deep Desires and Authenticity

Are you ready to start a fulfilling new year? What are your desires, goals and intentions that make you feel happier, centered, and grounded? Are there any fears, limiting beliefs, and negative patterns holding you back from the thriving life you want to live?

Come join us in this unique, supportive two-day workshop and identify any obstacles such as old beliefs and habits that no longer serve you, and are standing between you and a joyful life. This workshop guides you towards purposeful and small doable actions to create positive change inspired by your true desires in all aspects of your life. This workshop uses a holistic mind, body, and spirit approach to help you live a life you love. This workshop uses a holistic mind, body, and spirit approach to help you:

  • Self-discover and identify where you stand in major areas of your life today

  • Define your vision for change based on your deep desires

  • Set achievable goals and actionable plans

  • Identify your limiting beliefs and how to overcome them

  • Learn new skills to manage your stress or frustration

  • Connect to your true self with compassion

COST: $200 per person (For groups of 3 persons or more, price will be $180 per person). Registration deadline: One week before the start of workshop.
